How to Order

  1. Select your quantity, place your order, and proceed to checkout to make your payment.
  2. After we receive your order, you’ll get an automatic confirmation email. If we have any queries regarding your order, we'll reach out to you, typically within one working day.
  3. If you opt for our artwork design service, we will proceed with a design based off the information you provide in the details box. Please ensure all relevant information is in this box, as adding in more information at a later date may incur an additional cost. Please allow 4-5 working days for us to send you a proof for approval. Following your approval, printing will take an additional 3-5 working days to complete.
  4. If you would like to provide your own print-ready PDF artwork, please reply to the confirmation email and attach your artwork. If we have any queries regarding your artwork, we'll reach out to you, typically within one working day. Printing will also take 3-5 working days to finish.
  5. Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a notification letting you know it's on its way.
