Returns Policy – Personalised Products

At Data Print, we specialise in custom and personalised printed products made to your specific requirements. Due to the bespoke nature of our work, we do not offer returns or refunds on personalised items, except where required under Irish and EU consumer law.

1. No Returns on Personalised Products

In accordance with EU consumer protection legislation (including the European Union (Consumer Information, Cancellation and Other Rights) Regulations 2013), the right to cancel does not apply to:

Goods that are made to the consumer’s specifications or are clearly personalised.

As all custom print orders are produced specifically for you (including items with names, logos, designs, custom dimensions, or unique artwork), these products are non-returnable and non-refundable once production has begun.

2. Customer Responsibility

It is the customer’s responsibility to:

  • Carefully review all artwork, spelling, grammar, quantities, sizes, colours, and specifications before approving proofs (where applicable).

  • Ensure uploaded files meet required print specifications.

  • Provide accurate shipping and contact information.

Data Print is not responsible for errors approved by the customer prior to production.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Incorrect due to our error

Please contact us within 3 business days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A clear description of the issue

  • Photographic evidence

If the issue is confirmed to be our fault, we will offer a replacement or appropriate resolution at our discretion.

4. Non-Personalised Items (If Applicable)

If DataPrint supplies any non-personalised, stock products, standard consumer cancellation rights may apply. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery for further instructions. Items must be unused and in original condition.
