At Data Print, we aim to process and deliver your orders quickly, securely, and reliably. Please review our shipping policy below for details on processing times, delivery options, and related information.

1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are completed within 4–7 business days from artwork approval (excluding weekends and public holidays).

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

If we experience high order volumes or unforeseen delays, we will notify you via email.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on location.

Ireland

  • Standard Delivery: 1–3 business days after dispatch

United Kingdom & EU

  • Estimated delivery: 4–10 business days after dispatch

International (Outside EU)

  • Estimated delivery: 5–14 business days after dispatch

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, customs processing, or peak periods.

3. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive:

  • A shipping confirmation email

  • Tracking details (where applicable)

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders:

  • Data Print is not responsible for customs duties, taxes, or import fees applied once the shipment reaches your destination country.

  • These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Delivery Issues

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping details are accurate. DataPrint is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.

Lost or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or has not arrived within the expected timeframe:

  • Contact us within 5 business days of delivery (or expected delivery date).

  • Include your order number and photos (if damaged).

We will endeavour to resolve the issue promptly.

6. Click & Collect

Customers selecting Click & Collect will be notified via email when their order is ready. Orders must be collected within 7 days unless otherwise arranged.
