Photograph Upload Terms & Conditions

By uploading photographs for the purpose of creating personalised magnets, you confirm that you have read and agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Responsibility for Uploaded Images

You confirm that you have the right and permission to use any photographs you upload and to have them reproduced by Data Print for the purpose of producing your personalised magnets.

You must not upload photographs that infringe another person's copyright, privacy, intellectual property rights or any other legal rights.

2. Acceptable Photographs

Photographs must be suitable for printing and must not contain content that is:

• Explicit, pornographic or sexually inappropriate.

• Offensive, abusive, threatening or discriminatory.

• Illegal or promoting illegal activities.

• Excessively violent, graphic or disturbing.

• Defamatory or intended to harass or intimidate another person.

• Otherwise considered inappropriate for our products or services.

Data Print reserves the right to refuse, remove or reject any photograph that we consider inappropriate or unsuitable for printing.

3. Children's Photographs

By uploading photographs containing children or other individuals, you confirm that you have the appropriate permission to use and reproduce those photographs.

4. Image Quality

For the best possible result, photographs should be clear, well-lit and of sufficient resolution.

Data Print will reproduce the photograph as supplied. We cannot guarantee professional-quality results where an image is blurry, pixelated, poorly lit, incorrectly cropped or otherwise unsuitable for the requested magnet size.

5. Cropping and Printing

Photographs may need to be cropped, resized or adjusted to fit the magnet dimensions. This may result in small portions of the original photograph being removed.

Where possible, we will retain the main subject of the photograph, but Data Print cannot guarantee that the entire original image will appear on the finished magnet.

6. Right to Refuse an Order

Data Print reserves the right to refuse to print any photograph or cancel an order where the submitted image is considered inappropriate, offensive, illegal or otherwise unsuitable.

If an order is refused for this reason, we will contact the customer where appropriate regarding the order and any applicable refund.

7. Privacy and Use of Photographs

Uploaded photographs will be used solely for processing and producing the customer's order, except where the customer has separately given permission for their photograph to be used for promotional or marketing purposes.

Photographs will not knowingly be sold or supplied to third parties for unrelated purposes.

8. Customer Confirmation

By submitting an image, you confirm that:

• You have permission to use and reproduce the photograph.

• The photograph does not contain prohibited or inappropriate material.

• The photograph does not knowingly infringe the rights of another person.

• You accept responsibility for the content of the photograph you have uploaded.
